Following on from the release of his Axtone debut Freewheelin’ last year, the Dutch DJ teams up with newcomer Amy Grace on the euphoric Forever Young★★★★

Immediately launching into the catchy hook at the heart of the track, it’s clear that producer’s latest release packs a different punch to his previous hit. Hard-hitting bass is swapped for a bouncy tempo and sharp piano stabs.

After releasing Alive on Spinnin’ Records, Jack’s second Axtone single boasts impressive songwriting credits, with veteran singer-songwriter Ina Wroldsen (How Deep Is Your Love, Hold My Hand and many others) and duo Julia Karlsson and Anton Rundberg lending their talents to the track. It should come as no surprise, however, with the chorus full of powerful high notes from Grace reminiscent of the pair’s smash with Galantis, Runaway.

Although distant in style from that of Alive or Freewheelin’, Jack Wins’ versatility remains, transitioning seamlessly between bass synths, upbeat piano and drum and bass with the energy required to live up to its name.
